Young people working on our Animated Futures project have been exploring the question, what’s it like growing up in Cumbria if you aren’t White? Working with Lou Kneath of +3K Animation and Composer Ella Jarman-Pinto our talented young people from across the region, with the support of our amazing youth mentors, have been busy for the past year developing and bringing to life a short animated film based on their lived experience and the dream of an anti racist future. The trailer here gives a glimpse into what you can expect to see in cinemas across the region soon.
